When I start my game, in the first level, nothing appears on the screen esept for fire particles. When I look up, everything dissapears. And I see no water, no debris, I can move but there is no shore.
I had this game since 2007, and still havent played it since then. My comp sucks dick (ATI 9600 RAEDON, I have got the latest driver)
I need to change everything - I'm buying a new computer (I'll probably make the old one a bookcase or something)
But even that will take time... money is not easy to collect (especially when every next tuesday the dvd decides it's not working, the memory opens a strike and the whole thing in general to suck).
The CPU i'm be looking for is probably a multicore, either quad or double (I'm not yet sure).
If you're going to get a nividia card, I'd go with the 9600gt as it's a very good card for the price. But you can also go with the 3870 as it's also a nice ati decision, but I'd steer clear of the 8800 series as the 3870's in crossfire for just around $320 beat the gtx and sometimes the ultra. The 9600gt also kicks some ass in sli, but doesn't support 3 way sli :( steer clear of the 9800gx2 as its' a horrid waste of money.
Np u have sharaders old so why is your grapish so ugly new card 7 seria gefore and 1000x seria of ati use shrader 3 u have shrader 2 and new seria 2000x and 8000 geforce use shraders 4
The textures are crappy not because of the video size, but because they're crappy. Most noticeable by the health station and the teddy bear (00:48 - 00:58).
