So you were actually there?! I personally love Bono's singing this Beatles song Rain coz U2 have perfromed this at two of the five live shows I've been to, Stockholm 1993 and Copenhagen 2005, namely coz at both those concerts it poured down for most of the show! So my mind always goes back to those shows when I hear Bono sing this song: Thanks so much for your comment!
@LuthienBono lol it rains EVERYTIME U2 plays.... Seriously, I went to 3 shows on the Vertigo tour at MSG and it rained EACH night. Gotta love the version from the Popmart tour when Bono says "goodnight, f*ck off" at the end.
At least Clinton could provide a shelter or a cover housing where Bono and The Edge could perform without getting socking wet...
