I buy my fondant. I prefer satin ice for fondant that will most likely be eaten (covering the cake) and Wilton for any pieces that probably won't be eaten, like the characters or fondant flowers, because it's cheaper and doesn't taste as good.
Really cute! I do have a question- do you buy or make your fondant? If made what base(like marshmallow..etc) and if bought what brand? Really nice job!!!
