Backed by a great 5 speed auto tranny they will really pull anything. My brother has one and it pulled a 2100 pound 18' car hauling trailer and a 5200 pound 1971 4x4 long bed chevy truck on I-540 interstate which has many hills that are nearly 20 grade and pulled it 75mph for 60 miles with no problems. The only thing that annoys me is that everyone who has a Ram thinks that their trucks is the best thing since "sliced bread" just because it's fast. I really think they are trying to attract the younger crowd rather than focusing the truck on work, like the Ford F-150. Rated at a higher towing capacity with a smaller motor.

I love the Ford trucks but the Nissan Titan is a bad ass truck! I'd take the Ford first but if i couldn't..i'd take the Titan..both are great lookin trucks! Comin from a Jeep owner but Ford at heart :o) But have driven a Titan to pretty much the limits

Also notice that when the Titan is pulling the Ford backwards, the Fords tires aren't locked up, they're spinning backwards like the truck would when its going that direction... And yeah comparing dust cloud to dust cloud, the fords tires must not be the best cause it doesnt look like its picking up nearly as much dirt.

Maybe people should do a little reading before they just post stuff. In the world of gas burners the titans hold their ground. The Titan has 318 hp 380 torque. Backed by a great 5 speed auto tranny they will really pull anything. My brother has one and it pulled a 2100 pound 18' car hauling trailer and a 5200 pound 1971 4x4 long bed chevy truck on I-540 interstate which has many hills that are nearly 20 grade and pulled it 75mph for 60 miles with no problems. There is nothing wrong with that!
