  • @Emevas As in, perhaps you weren't centered around the center of the bar--it looks like your left side sags slightly on a lot of the reps. Dunno, maybe it's the earthquake slant throwing me off.

    Anyway, do you think this is more or less stressful on your CNS compared to let's say mat pulls (5 mats)?

  • @DeceitfulDestiny Significantly less stressful. Mat pulls are all about overloading the upperback, so you're going to use a supermaximal weight. This was actually utilized as a deload.

  • Chicken legs.

    Even though you just did 3x my max reps with that weight.
