Anyway, do you think this is more or less stressful on your CNS compared to let's say mat pulls (5 mats)?
@DeceitfulDestiny Significantly less stressful. Mat pulls are all about overloading the upperback, so you're going to use a supermaximal weight. This was actually utilized as a deload.
