I wish this video focused on the fact that when there's a tradgedy they ask for donations to "help" from all their members. And the only costs they have are flying volunteer ministers over there because they don't provide food or anything of value. So where does all the money they asked for go? To lawyers & fair-gaming that's where!

The cult of Scientology does not spend a penny of its own money on these things. Originally a video was planned covering all that and more, as well as what is in the video now. It was becoming too long and unfocused. Anonymous chose to zero in on the fundamental purpose of the VMs.

It is not WHAT they did, but WHY they did it. The Volunteer Minister would not have been allowed to even land if they did not bring some supplies. I would be willing to bet that MOST of the food and supplies they brought were consumed by THEM and never helped any of the victims. Time will tell. We are watching you, Scientology. Utterly excellent and inspiring video. Scientologists offer "touch assists", "E-meters" and the "purification rundown" as if they were genuine assistance, but they're all pseudo-medical bunk, originating from a college drop-out. It's sick to exploit tragedy for publicity in this way. They shouldn't be treated as a legitimate aid organisation and their true aims need to be exposed.

Since Haitians are predominantly Catholic, I doubt that most Haitians would be so happy to see Scientologists if they knew that Sci teachings say that all religions are implanted engrams that are just meant to confuse us and Scientology is the only thing that can help. Since Haitians are a poor people, it's a scary situation that the cult has turned their eye toward these people. The cult desperately needs slave labor for their Sea Org. 80% of Haitians are Catholic. Two-thirds of the population also practice voodoo. 16% of the country is Protestant. It would seem to me that even if you're an atheist, you would not begrudge a country full of people who believe in God to find some comfort in their religion at a time when their whole lives lie in ruin around them and they can't get away from the stench of the dead and the dying.

Decisions made with the many years of wisdom, learned by their own mistakes. Religion "any" is a poison upon the true nature within man. It separates man for his brother via doctrines and beliefs. Wealth or lack of wealth does the very same thing. Pseudo-cures are not just "trickery" in this context. Have you heard the #1 problem in Haiti right now? There are plenty of aid dollars coming in from all over the world (especially the USA!) but not enough ways to get the aid to the people.
This means that anyone EXTRA in the country is taking up their most valuable resource--transportation of items. These extra people include scientologists, missionaries, news reporters. I, for one, would boot the first two.

I've read an article recently suggesting that the aid agencies who have been present in Haiti for many years (some, many decades) are the ones who Haitians trust. They are more skeptical of the motives of new kids on the block.
