There's no way to do it without damaging it. You can use polystyrene glue, testors or tenex7r to reseal it later. The problem with these cartridges is that the ink at the bottom of the catridge, gets heavy and globs up, and the only way to remove that glob is to open the cartridge. On the lid of the cartridge there are 3 small canals to let air in slowly, the refill companies tell you to push these in and fill the cartridge there, thats not correct. You need to drill holes instead.
I'm gonna try to disassemble this and put oil based white paint in the cartridge for custom decals ,and ideas?
