The reason why black people commit more crime is because white people keep them stuck in poverty. The only way out is to join gangs and sell drugs. It is not because of race.

No, being poor doesn't make you a criminal. But there is a cycle of poverty. Some people think that the only way to get out is to join gangs or sell drugs. Obviously, you are not one of those people.

Terrific video! I had know idea that guy was a professor. I thought that he was just some loud mouthed left wing bully. Isn't he the radical guy who ran down the aisle screaming to an audience participant to "sit down and shut the F***K up"! This clown should be brought before a disciplinary board. He later used this video in his classroom. He was very polite in asking permission.

A YDS Advisor; it's suitable. Nevertheless, polite or otherwise, I would question his motive for wanting to use your video for class discussion. As you suggest, he should have known the criminal stats you mentioned, and he's likely read the Color of Crime. It has been a source of contention for ethnic studies profs for some time now. They'd rather not agree with the DOJ & FBI Stats. Still, his belligerence at the Griffin YAF Speech was deplorable.

I should aslo like to point out for your benefit that the FBI counts Hispanics as whites, so the white crime stats are disorted upward. This may have been corrected for 2007, but as of 2006 this was the case.

I agree that black crime is the result of poverty and lack of education, preventing ascension up the socioeconomic ladder to something appearing better than committing crimes. In addition to the evidence that those who try to break out of the ghetto end up in the same spot as those who join gangs outright, the "gang culture" also influences the minds and priorities of its members. This poverty is the result of historical racism against blacks. =/ The system is also known to be racist.

1. The duke rape case turned out to be nothing but lies.

2. White on black rape is so rare, that many years, it is statistically undetectable by government crime stats. Whites simply do not rape blacks.

3. The same can most definitely not be said of blacks, who go out of their way to choose whites for all crime, especially rape.

I don't ignore crime statistics. Quite the contrary. I just think that it is much more complex than genetics or race. I think those who tag crime exclusively to race face many difficulties.

I recognize multiple cultures, but I am a believer in cultural hierarchy and supremacy. I don't believe that all cultures are equal.

The rape statistics shows that 18 percent were above poverty level (slightly) lower to middle class. It't the nature of the beast type of thing then?

No, I am not a racialist. I am a culturist. I am conservative, but I prefer to be called a populist or a fusionist.

I think that there are many factors involved. Most of them are cultural, personal, and in some situations are even environmental. I don't ignore the environmental influence any more than the culture, but the danger is to overemphasize one in hope of simplifying what may be a very difficult and complex issue.
