  • I have been thinking of doing the same thing you have done using LiPos and outrunner motors from China. One question I have is how does your rubber wheel work when the tire gets wet, also how fast and how far can you go with the 1300 Mah battery? Thanks

  • my hero, ok so what sites do I get the components from?

  • about how fast does it go?

  • How does it perform going up hill?

  • y didnt you talk?

  • thats pretty cool if they probably dont know if you hit a brake there is a shurt off sometimes in the break for some esc for electric bikes were it kills the motor so you can come to a safe stop, and will resume after you let off. so for the ones that know that is a cool project and is way cool.

  • How many KV is the motor?

  • hey, give us more details about this bike!

  • check out poweruser69 videos on this subject. props on the socks.

My kids have new socks, I realy do not care.

  • hey, how does the bike runs?? does it has enough acceleration?? which is the expected range and speed of the bike??

I´m plannig o doing an e-bike, and your setup is very simple but i'd like to know more of its perfomance

    thanks

  • it-a a servo tester made by me.and yes you can add batteries to increase the range.

  • where on earth did u buy the motor and battery for $50 , where ever I looked the Li batteries themselves cost no less than $400

  • From china you can get a 6s3000mA pack for 15 $

  • From China you can buy all for 50 $.I`m from Romania A poor country from Europe. Did you ever hear about us??

  • @iulian207 I've heard of Count Dracula.

  • @iulian207

Which website did you get it for $50.00? That's amazing.

  • @iulian207 imi arati si mie de unde le-ai cumparat?

  • @iulian207

Cool video bro. The 11 People that dislike this are Uncreative assholes! Anyone who hasn't heard of Romania isn't old enough to be on the Internet.

  • @iulian207 how long did the battery lasted?

  • @onsale4ever it lsated until the end of the video

  • This is like they make e-bikes in China. Are you Chinese?

  • that motor isn't big enogh

  • it has 1300W and is far enough.

  • @iulian207 sorry just looks to small to me because the ones i would see in a magazine or website look like they have bigger motors.

  • @iulian207 no, it is not a 1.3kW, possible 13W

  • @smelter159 Before you write something search for Emax BL4030.

  • @iulian207 Has searched. What is now? 1.3 kW? ha-ha these are the Chinese watts! Show me, how the bicycle goes uphill

  • deind bude sieht aus alter

  • Thats a cool idea!! But doesnt the motor get dirty in that position?

  • design' yak! i want to get that black front wheel thing for my old super v. it wouldbe sweet to roll around on a bike with amotor

  • design

  • no i was just kidding dude..its a good design.. inovation principle is simplest and cheapest is best..i like the tape!

  • no i was just kidding dude..its a good deasing.. inovation principle is simplest and cheapest is best..i like the tape!

  • Yes, Busettii Bikes have the good pedaling system so you can use it as a bike or pedal with the motor. I have one and it runs about 75--85 miles per charge but you can also pedal like a regular bike. Also, it really goes fast even in throttle mode. Check out busettii dot com if you need more info. ciao

  • personaly i would put the lipo some where ferther from my crotch just saying i would not want to be on the bike if it explodes

  • Only one essential item missing, DUCT TAPE!!!

  • nice sock

  • Comment removed

  • it was 2 a clock in the night and i was wearing pajamas

  • thats by far the worst ebike ever

  • @yourallstoopid its by far the simplest and lightest ebike ever too...

and you are like the god judge final opinion...

I'd think more an never insult anyone's effort...did you make one better?!

  • how did you make it

  • I would get rid of that dimmer switch and replace it with a vari-speed drill switch if i were you.If you need to stop in emergency with a dimmer, you will most probably end up having an accident.

  • have you ever heard about dc-brushless motor.there is no simple dimmer.it`s CPU controlled 3 phase

  • @iulian207 That relies on a variable resistor input, which the variable speed drill switch has...

  • @iulian207 how did you make the "dimmer" how did you hook it up to the ESC?

  • @iulian207 i agree with u since i can't find a dimmer like motorbike

  • can over 20KMH speed???

    how long working ???

  • Hi Julian -Wow, really excellent - congratulations, and good continuation in your job

You can also see on YouTube, the assembling my electric bike. Thanks

  • You're mad, these elements aren't going to withstand the surge power required for accelerations !!

  • @simusfr its just a good assist system...

    not a no pedal system...

  • Genius design! Hoply I gonna replecate that :)

  • Say if the motor is running cant you over pedal it?

  • yes

  • @cocobirdcoco i would think so because the chance is the max rpm of that motor is way more than it is getting while pushing the bike and you just make it so there is less resistance on the motor. as is a 15 year old kids reasoning who know close to nothing about motors.

  • @tehpanda64100 It's not that I don't know anything about motor, I am an A in GCSE Physics.

I was just wondering if you could burn out the motor by overpowering it (pedaling hard as well as having the motor being powered)

  • @cocobirdcoco just use a cable run swing mount to disengage...

like a mower belt pensioner system:)

  • i'm sure u can pedal id it runs out of batts right?....but won't that like spoil the motor or something...coz it's moving...but it's not on?

  • @quaiboi just add a disengage tensioner off a mower belt deal...

  • cool and quiet idea, can this be purchased in australia as my ol friend is looking to motorise a bike...? good work !!!keep it up...can this principle be adapted to wheel chairs?

  • you can purchase motor and speed controler from any RC store.

It can be adapted to a chair, yes

  • @iulian207 Where do you get the thing to adjust the speed and what is it called?

and can you add more batteries so it lasts longer?

  • bravo boss, se aude ca un motor cu reactie

  • i love this, but if it would have been attached through the chain and gears,it would be awsom..

  • frumos.. dar poti sa imi spui si mie ce motor ai folosit si ce baterii... k vad k esti roman.:P

  • Motor Emax de 1200W si baterii Li-Polymper 6 celule legate in serie.

  • theres a guy on utube,he using a RC motor and a compact pulley, bracket design.the bike does 40 mph,I believe he is going to produce these drive sytems. His name is Matt.check it out

  • what the name of that friction thing attached to the shaft then on to the Tyre

  • rubber wheel

  • So I see your using an EMAX BL4030/10 motor and a 50 amp Mystery controller, I'd like some more details. What batteries are you using? I'd assume Lithium Polymer of some sort, how many? what brand? what configuration (how many series, how many parallel). How are you controlling the Mystery? Some sort of servo tester? What Brand/Model? How do you charge the battery pack? I'm looking to make an electric skateboard using a VERY similar setup....

  • i use 6 cells in series 2200mA/h no name brand, servo tester i made it my self from LM 555 IC.I have turnigy charger with eq.

  • Whoooo, exactly witch motor is it? It's a Turnigy?

  • All the years I rode bikes and then when I got older I rode motorcycles. Now I am back to bikes and NO ONE has seen the need to fix the greatest problem!! That is, where do you carry stuff? A bike is fine to get YOU around but where do you put 2 gals milk a loaf of bread, you know stuff. Backpack?? So you still need a car or a friend with a car!

I have a idea and gasoline & car is not in the sentence.

  • Bike trailer.

  • its the motor of the hpi savage?

  • no,it`s an outrunner motor 1200W

  • I first thought "this can't work when somebody is on the bike". Than I reed "35km/h for 5 minuts" and I think it is great. I want to build one with bigger batery.

  • Just what i planned to do, very nice job!

  • whats the name of the speed controler thanks and whats that beep comeing from? the controler?

  • Mystery 50A

  • shit

  • hello, what kind of engine you use? thank

  • The smolest motor posible for this pover DC-Brushless very high efficiency ~80%.EMAX BL4030/10

  • That's not very high speed, my tire will go at least twice that speed.

  • how does this bike work

  • The motor, regulator and battery is from big rc airplane, controller si home made LM 555 (servo checker)

  • seems like a waste. hooke that motor up to your gears and you'll go 35 miles an hour!

  • li poly baterry, because it`s a small capacity battery it runs only 5 minutes with me on the bike.

  • ow many cost the bateries??

  • 100 dolars for the batteries.50 dolars the motor,30 dolars controller.

  • links plz? lol

  • ok,thanks men

  • guys this thing has no power if you sit you wont even go 1 cm

  • You ar totally wrong,it goes with 35 km per hour with me on it.and i have 82 kg. the motor has 1,2kW power.

  • ow can i buy this circle of the motor for that is in contact with the wheel ???

  • It`s a solid rubber wheel.

  • ahhhh brushless motor using in rc models ..¿ waht time suing your bike???

    lipo batery????????
