Actually at the ending of the 3rd game, when the nuke blows up, the chopper should go down anyways, because the Nuke when exploded give an EMP which fries electronics that mean gyro and navigation...

RECV they are in the antartic and depending on the side of the continent the facility was situated, they could not go far with the plane. the options are they had to stop in Argentina or at the French artic islands. I wonder what excuse they had to be piloting a military plane into other countries just like that lol. For excample they could tell the story of her escape from Raccoon city. That would make a great comeback for Nemesis too, since he's searching for ALL S.T.A.R.S. members. And even though Rebecca was just a rookie, she's still a member of S.T.A.R.S. so yeah, that's my hasic idea. RE3.5 would be great too. Just with Rebecca instead of Leon.
