Hey man thanks for posting these vids. Please dont let the idiots discourage you at all with their negative comments. . I am a part time monitor engineer for a touring artist and i have learned a lot of basics from your vids. im not the best by far but i got hired because i have a good attitude and I get along well on the road. The guy that got fired is probably the smartass sitting at home now posting comments on youtube. : )
I love trolls who have nothing better than to do than criticize. I'm not a video guy. I'm a sound engineer. To be honest, I have no freakin idea why the audio doesn't work on both sides for this video. Several others I edited were the same. If you have a suggestion fine. If you just wanna bitch, don't do it here. It takes a lot of time and effort to make these and it's the INFORMATION in them that people come to check out. Not the video editing skills. SO, kiss my ass buddy.
Hey Ric, don't be worried because of audio doesn't work on both sides. You're not the only one, i saw a lot of videos with "panning" like this :D It may be caused by camera (if records in mono) or something like that. I'm not sure, but never mind.
10+ for your work, and thank you, it really helped me!
This guy is good.

No audio on right channel of video. From a "school" for audio engineers? Is that how you run a show? Left side only?

Its the basics but these are important basics. Thanks!
Question ... have you ever had to deal with a (new) mic stand with T clamp that allows the boom to slowly drop? Suggestions to fix this?
