@lordofgonzo I went with the design change that lets you change the air pressure on the up-stroke. It lets you adjust the speed a bit. Not all that happy with it, and I'll probably play around with it a bit more.
For a fabricated machine, I'm impressed that it doesn't "ring" when in use. It seems very solid and stable. How much does it weigh? Are there any improvements that could be done to it or are you happy with the design? Very nicely made. Might have to look into building one myself.
@flyingscrapyard I'm not sure how much it weighs, but probably in the ballpark of 1500#. Mostly happy with the design. The anvil got pulled slightly out of line when I welded it, so I have to mill a slight angle on the base for the dies to meet up evenly. Also, it has been slowing down when warmed up. I think I need to ease off the tension on the ram guide bearing material. (UHMW poly)

Nice fab. work. It hits solid. Looks nice to use. Thanks for posting.

What modifications did you make, if I may ask?

It seems to be going rather slowly and not hitting very hard.

@sthompson1000 I've since tweaked it, and it is running a bit faster, and hitting pretty decently. I also wasn't pushing that hard in the video.

Really nice!!, are you able to change the dies or are they welded on? I couldn't tell from vid.

@captainmidas I only have the one set so far, but yes, the dies can be changed. They are held in place by 4 screws each.
