i had this as a kid and always wondered why Ernie was the only one that made any sound. I also had trouble dialing Oscar's dial - a problem that would persist through adolescence. Could not use a phone until push-button phones were invented; just in time.

I had a similar one. But instead of the Sesame Street characters, it had Disney Characters. (Such as Goofy, Dumbo, Mickey, Donald, and Pluto).
