  • The bar just got laid.

  • @mduxburygrip Exactly m8. This is the reason I don't wear a helmet on my motorbike, because I haven't crashed yet.

  • what the fuck this was awful

  • @mduxburygrip Well, because that's like saying about a guy who runs at 300 km/h on his motorcycle every day at work that "that's cool, he didn't get in any traffic incidents so far". See the wrongness of that statement?

  • theres some good form. lift in a quick jerking motion in order to maintain a healthy lower back. i like it

  • Hey, isn't he the same guy from the Expert Village deadlift tutorial video....

  • If his intent was to let everybody in the gym know what a complete moron he is than I'd say he succeeded quite well. Don't be this guy!!

  • i laugh when buff guys do shitty form and then all the skinny people start to copy their shitty form in my gym.

  • @MustBeFiend it's nothing to laugh about, it's just sad!

  • This kid needs a TV show where they send him to Planet Fitness's around the country so he can get kicked out.

  • if you have to hitch, lower the weight til you don't have to.

  • Must say, after watching several videos, the guy does have great form. Definitely someone to look up to if you're looking to lift heavy with great form.

  • dude lifts alot more then that haha. his form is jacked up but it works for him. lifts more then you pussies.

  • @Twenty47ep3 Yeah, but on the otherhand he's going to slip a disk and be fucked for life. Proper form is to maximize gains and to reduce injury.

What does lifting heavier do for you if you can't walk at age of 30 and gain at a slower rate?

  • @Twenty47ep3 Lifting more is irrelevant if you can't lift it with good form. It's not all about the numbers.

  • 13andincrediblycut has 32 youtube accounts.

  • Douchebaggery

  • this is probably how 13andincrediblycut lifts

  • @azn04 he couldnt even lift it

  • FUCK YEAH BRAH!

  • You know I've always said it's pretty much impossible to fuck up a deadlift, why do people go out of their way to prove me wrong.......

  • This guy is showing you not how to do it.. No one in their right mind does this sort of form and think it's "Ok" Calm down guys

  • taekwondo ftw

  • i'd have drop kicked him from behind

  • Dumb....Fuck... -_-

  • his form is all wrong, he;s using all back

  • @Hammersmashed68

How? If you stiff leg deadlift do you use all back too?

  • That colored guy in the back is like "Nigga, whut da fuck? Dis nigga stupid."

  • @theyiddish Either that or, "If dat stupid bitch don't shut da fuck up I'm gonna pop a cap in his skinny ass!"

  • dude...you should probably never deadlift again

  • @mineolafootball63

he probably won't be able to.

  • lmfao at the guy staring at him.

  • put ur ass to the ground u fuckin idiot.

  • Pfff that was only 350.

You chalked up and struggled that much for 350? Fucking pussy.

  • dont hurt yourself man its not worth it trying to look "cool" aka a jackass who need to drop 100lbs off the bar to do a decent deadlift

  • lollol piss poor weight and piss poor form. piss poor faggot.

  • WTF

  • epic fail.

  • wow, this guys can't deadlift lol

  • is this a prank??

  • How that back feel, genius?

  • Clear example of bad technique + too much weight...

Also, how do people in his gym let him do this? Isn't there at least 1 instructor or even an owner who can warn him? He's destroying his back... It's like self-torture what he's doing

  • well guys like this jerk off dont like educated people correcting him on his form. he'd rather look like a jackass and pull heavy weight than do it right.

  • that definitely falls under the FAIL category, what a faggit

  • this is how the deadlift should be done.....after lifting, you should feel DEAD

  • I agree with this, if you are not dead. You are doing something wrong. Clearly .....

  • omg

  • the guy in the video is a stupid man DONT LIFT LIKE HIM USE YOU'R LEGS!

  • hahahhahah

  • ...

  • lol im 17 years old and i rep that at 180 pound i would call this a fail

  • Great form...Keep it up (hope you break your back)

  • this guy is a genius let me spell it his way genious.

  • You have two legs.....use em!

  • lol @ dude in background

  • the only time your back should round out is when your extremely tired and even then its still not good for you. you can be seriously injured using bad technique, no matter what the weight.

  • This guy is probably dead now after doing that... his back must have cracked...

  • No, he is an uninjured powerlifter with good form! Did I blow your mind?

  • dieselweasel rox

  • wow, that hurt me....

still its alot of weight, im sure if he did it the reight way he could do it properly, and avoid lower back aches...

geez i wonder how he felt after this?

  • Most people are able to lift more with a rounded back fyi.

  • your retarded thats mostly true when you see guy putting up 700 lbs and there back are so rounded.

  • @suckmypokecock That's correct. The more you approach your true 1RM in the deadlift the more "rounded back" the rep becomes, and not because you can't hold a flat back, but because the body automatically choses that position to pull since it's the position that provides the most torque on the bar.

  • Wow - that's appalling.

  • You got to love that awkward jolting technique.

  • Def...HOW NOT TO -lol - my spine hurts from just looking at it - check out my weekly updated clips on HOW TO on my channel as well as website - MR

  • way to lift improperly /wrists

  • You better off doing like 200 with proper form that way you don't destroy ur back

  • horrible form, that idiot needs to keep his back straight

  • do you have a problem reading? Dieselweasel 350x3: How not to deadlift (Part I)

  • i can read fine, i was just restating the obvious lol

  • Got to love how he throws down the weight like its a ton each side, no need for it.

  • I hate people like that

  • lmao

  • there's a guy in my gym who does even worse form, screams louder, and only does 245 for like 2 reps. I'll try and video him 1 day

  • ass hole

  • This guy is funny.

  • Fuck me, there is one of these dickholes in every gym. The retard version of this idiot in my gym once approached me at work and said to me "You have probably seen me at the gym, im pretty much the only proper body builder there".

  • yeah, fucking irritating man

  • ahaha good job lifting all that with your back shtlordo

  • that was fucking hilarious

  • Que idiota !!!

  • Duly noted.

  • fuckin retard

  • ((((waiting for spine to snap))))

  • lol he's a screamer

  • I would go over and knock the guy down with a dumbell on his head to get him to shut up and stop making noise.

  • lmao hahahaha hes humping the bar and hes like IM GONNA EJACULATE

  • omg! looks like he's humping the bar n ejaculating, hence the shouting XD

  • Lack of form makes use of a belt worthless.

Remove the belt work on the form.

Use a tall mirror to keep an eye your form.

Do partials with and rack pulls to increase improve upper part of the lift.

Plus hyper extensions to strengthen the spinal erectors, stretch your spine by hanging on a chinning bar after each lift.

  • Looking in a mirror while lifting can mess with your form because you are constantly paying attention to it. It is better to get a kinesthetic sense or what you are doing and memorize it. Knowing what correct form is and then videotaping yourself is the most useful way.

  • ROFL WTF IS THAT HAHAHAH. dude ur gonna be in a wheelchair pretty soon!!! if not from the deadlift, then from someone with half a brain in that gym! rofl.

  • wow this guy can be very distracting to others in the gym. pop off the belt pop goes the back . ego lifting loser.

  • my back hurts from just watching that!

  • i want to drop a 45 on this idiots head.

  • GREAT FORM ! you aren't going to hurt your back!

  • Oh goodness your form is a joke!

  • HA HA , 350 lb is not even heavy enough to be grunting like that .

  • heaviness is relative. His form is terrible but the idea of lifting in a controlled manner with your back tight, although rounded is an advanced way to train deadlifts to make your back stronger at an anatomically unfriendly position.

  • yeah, keep telling yourself that

  • haha id be staring at him too, ive never seen anyone with such bad form, someone in the gym should advise this young stud before he isnt studly at all

  • i can do that too...i just did 355 the other day 3 times..and let me tell you thats some hard shit!!

  • Damn man great form!

  • That's how Mariusz Pudzianowski deadlifts also. I guess he doesn't know either. Pfff! You're gay.

  • Ouch!

  • lol at dude staring at him

  • i like how he humps the bar

  • Damn. My back hurts just watching that.

  • i hurt my back this week doing DLs. Own fault - was tired - back was a bit tight & I put the weight up! DOH! No idea how that guy can stay uninjured! I can hardly watch!

  • Why don't you lower the weight to let's say 225lbs and do it the right way. You will actually see some progress...

  • thts a good idea im gunna have to try tht

  • his back will hurt... auch

  • a lot of misconception about deadlift is just using entirely the back. use the legs!

  • yeah i know but alot of people try to avoid scraping their shins like the plague lol. i personally havnt had skin/hair on my shins since i was 13 and started lifting

  • The Black guy in the back, "Did somebody say nigger?"

  • i have to say, i'm impressed by such people. how in the world they managed not to injure themselves?? my form slipped on my last rep last week, and BUM my lower back is injured. and they just lift it, in a position my back would break 0_o

  • Thats because they practiced lifting wrong and now theyre just really good, at lifting wrong

  • The most disgusting from I have ever seen...... Just wait till he blows a disk in his back.

  • wonder why 99benmoore gave the bar weight in lbs but his body weight in kg

  • does it matter?

  • that was to jlk24201!

  • his first rep actually shows good form until he tries to lock out...from there its all downhill haha

  • Rofl I did a clean 5x3 with 368.5lbs tonight... on a calorie restricted diet of 2250 calories at a bodyweight of 80kg... and I didnt even utter a sound... felt a bit light headed after though :P

  • no, it's not better that nothing..

  • no matter what in a pl competition all u need is to get the weight up. his max(with bad for is priolly 375) i can only do 345 or so. i use the same form as him even when training , i know its wrong but its better than nothing

  • It's NOT better than nothing. Risking your health while you're trying to make yourself stronger will risk just making you weaker.

Please at least try to get your form right? I don't have it perfect, but it's... well. getting there. Progressing, at least.

  • are you wearing a belt? if not i suggest just trying it because my problem with deadlift is i was born with a straighter spine than normal so my back arcs when i lift so i strap a belt around my lumbar vertibrae and it provides excellent support and keeps my form good i can dealift a clean 505X1 and a 450X4 so you might not get the fast results but you keep your health and thats whats important

  • can someone tell me how his form is wrong? im new to deadlifting, and cant tell what he is doing wrong

  • hes doing it straight legged, you want your legs to be bent(but not quite as low as a parallel squat) and dont want to let your back round

  • its amazing how much this video doesn't remind me of my uncle in paraguay

  • this guys mad he goin to injure hes back...

  • the guy in the background is probably thinking to himself: what a jackass

  • Black guy looking at White guy thinking, "That's how you Deadlift?" *inside joke*

  • Haha yes, i didnt notice yet until i read your post. He's probably like wtf

  • His form is terrible.

350 pounds isn't little weight... anyone who says 350 is f'all probably doesn't work out alot. But he definitley shouldnt be doing what he's doing that's for sure. He should drop down to 250 and lift with proper form.

  • Y'know, there IS a point you can get to when 350 isn't really that challenging anymore. It's all relative. If I have a triple with 405 for example, then 350 shouldn't pose much of a challenge.

  • of course. I know guys who can do 500. But 350 is nothing to scoff at.

  • Fair enough. I remeber the first time I ever pulled, I could only do 335 or so, and with terrible form. 355 was a big deal for me then.

  • ese mierda esa mas cagado q mandado a hacer

  • Damn i know a 16 yearold who can do that weight, proper form with legs rofl! HA damn, and soon i will put up the vid rofl

  • what a tool

  • Hahaha...what a jackass

  • hahaha!

  • Weak Weight.

    Awful form.

    Go do hyperextensions.

  • ahahahahaH!! 5 stars

  • wow, bad form and it looks like hes humping the damn bar lol

  • WTF??? LOL... Go to bed.

  • omg this guy is out of his mind. he's going to be in a wheelchair by 40 the way he's stressing his back. terrible.

  • I'm surprised he didn't hurt his junk by slamming the barbell into his pelvis three times straight.

  • What's wrong about his deadlift? I guess his twitching was not the only error. Explain, plz.

  • he is using all back, you should drive with your hips to make it easier and not be crippled at age 50

  • he is using his back to lift the weight and plus he is hitching the wieght

  • The fact his back is like collapsing in on itself probably isn't the healthiest thing.

  • WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT :|

  • Sure some WSM guys may be able to "toss you like a cork", but I doubt if the OP can do that to you without you ripping his arms off.youre likely stronger, so try to take his advice in the RIGHT sense, he is concerned for people who may injure themselves (inc you) Your strenght will not save you from injury, use for..lift EVEN heavier and keep lifting.

  • In the deadlift, any slack REDUCES poundage, so if you learnt perfect form you would DL 500+ easily, and I don;t see anyplace the other guy lists how much he can DL/squat/bench.

  • maxbm , as previously said, eventually raw strenght will only take you so far and you will need to sort out your technique...eventually the way you are lifting, if you still deadlift as you did in this video, will come back to haunt you.

No doubt you are a strong guy and it would be a shame to see you sidelined due to a preventable injury.

  • you should get the right form down if you're interested in getting stronger. Sooner or later you will stop gaining strength doing it that way. That's if you're lucky and don't hurt your back.

  • If i tried to DL with a rounded back i dont think i could do 200lbs.

  • maxbm, no offense but u should listen to him, hahahaha ... and quit acting like a hardass. ur 5'5".. lol .. if u saw him face to face u'd leave him alone

  • Yeah? Well if you saw -me- face to face, you definitely wouldn't have the balls to laugh like you're doing here.

  • No offense, maybe you think you look big in the mirror with no point of reference, but in those photos with Marunde you look like a garden gnome. I'm not taking anything away from your ability to lift heavy weights at that size, but at 5'5" 160lbs you're far from being intimidating for most guys so relax and quit trying to act tough.

  • I never said I was huge, but regardless, he still wouldn't say shit to me in person or laugh either because people only have the balls to do that online.

BTW, it doesn't matter whether I'm 5'5" 160 or 6'5" 320 (i.e. Jesse Marunde); I can and would still knock the shit out of anyone who gets in my face.

  • Once again, I respect the fact you give 110% in everything you do even if I don't always agree with the form you use, but you've got to draw a line between fantasy and reality.

There are some pretty big guys out there and no matter how much you might want to knock the shit out of them, they could easily use you for a clean and press and toss you like a cork.

  • Obviously, if someone has over 100lbs on me, then a fight is much more in their favor, but I don't see too many people out there who have such a substantial amount of bodyweight and if they do, it's mostly fat.

Anyway, like I stated, most people here lack the cojones to even approach me in person, let alone fight me.

  • I'm sure thats what Severn said to gracie before they fought ;)

  • dude i dont care who you are and how big your wang is. you need a life.. desperately.. enough said

  • xingjitsu:"The guy served this country in the military and put his life on the line in Iraq and there are people that literally HATE him over the internet"

Well i guess he was posting videos while he was in iraq then, Saddam was probably lauphing his ass off at how much your form sucked

  • Actually maxbm what you said is pretty unaccurate. Dominikiv said hes 100 lbs heavier then you which would make him 260, marundes about 300 i believe, pretty big difference.

  • Dominikov, why don't you show everyone how massive and huge you are, since I'm so tiny?

  • You're a whopping 150lbs, 5'5". You call that big? Eat something already and quit posting photos trying to convince people you're a decent size. You're in denial. Strongmen aren't supposed to be skinny midgets. Spend more time in the kitchen and less time scanning the Internet. You're a joke.

  • When did I ever call myself big?

    BTW, I'm closer to 160, not 150.

You're 100lbs heavier than me and I'm up to your shoulder? You sound as big as Jesse Marunde. Why do I find that hard to believe?

    http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1544/maxwestcoast071506011dy5.jpg

  • Quit this BS already. No, I'm not as tall as Marunde, but every 5'5" guy I've met has looked about that short but enough splitting hairs here, you're almost half a foot below average height, and that's life. I think for strongman, slowly bulking up to around 200 would see a big improvement in most of your lifts because you'd have a more stable platform to squat and press weight on.

Anyway, do you want me to post a recent video of yours to make you happy? Consider it done.

  • You don't even know one thing about Max but you insist on flaming him and posting old ass videos. The guy served this country in the military and put his life on the line in Iraq and there are people that literally HATE him over the internet. It makes me fucking sick.

  • Spare me his life story. I know enough about him to know he's an A-grade asswipe. If it makes you sick why don't you give up an hour a day to be his personal shrink because he needs one. He scans the Internet 24/7 for any mention of his name and then begins flaming anyone who is critical of his videos. Nah, no problem there.

  • Dominikov, you're an asshole. You honestly expect to be able to post an old shitty video of someone and not expect any retaliation? Why do people care what other people do? Oh yeah, because they are jealous and unable to keep their own pompous assholes shut.

  • 1. I could post a recent video of his and it wouldn't make much difference. The numbers have gone up a little but the form still stinks. Watch his squat video. Garbage. I feel sorry for noob lifters who watch that and think they might be doing it right.

    2. Yeah, I'm jealous of a guy 100lbs lighter, who barely comes up to my shoulders, and lifts like that. Give me a break already.

  • dominikov, did you ever compete in anything besides the Best Internet Hater 2006 competition? If your form is perfect, why haven't you stepped onto a powerlifting platform?

  • Actually I plan to. Call me ambitious, but I plan to give the state DL record a run for its money since I'm only 80lbs away. Unlike you who thrives on the attention you get from uploading shitty videos, I'm only interested in competing for myself.
