Like I said in the first and second movies... it's a sad reality that women actually marry guys like this really fast after knowing them for a short time (not this short, usually)... all because they're desperate, either because they're single mothers looking for a man or they're getting older and they're willing to settle fast.

So the previous news broadcast said he murdered 3 more guards 4 months ago, this was when he escaped from the mental asylum the 2nd time [surviving after the 2nd movie], so how can he get plastic surgery 5 months before breaking out? Unless he done it before that, which is doubtful.
