At my company we have changed healtcare providers 3 times in the 3 years I've been there. There's no annual review (my first review was at 18months of hire), and there was no significant raise. I don't say it is due to health care costs, but it is a significant change vs. past employment. It does not bode well for staying in one place too long. It encourages job hopping and moving and instability. I support Obama tackling this issue--we need to move forward and move on.
