The day USA has taken its feet out of its territory to sabotage the peace process across the globe, a hatred resulting in the devaluation of US currency further weakening its economy has started. Presently USA is the worlds poorest country regarding the load of loans it has to bear, going up with daily $ devaluation. How can USA get out of this crisis? Its only possible when the newly elected government doesnt move on policies taking USA to further economic crisis leading to its destruction.
Bush of Republican Party is at his best to have McCain succeed in the coming elections. Barak Obama of the Democrat party is already ahead as regards convincing. But the irony is that Pakistan is being made the test lab for this purpose. As Bush having hardly 50 days left for the campaign, wants someone like Osama or any of his team members dead or alive to win the US Presidential elections. They have no idea where he is but Pakistan is being constantly bombed & destroyed to win US elections.
THANKS! I hope maybe people here in america will open their eyes a bit when they relize that even across seas in other countries THEY can see what is happening here - and we cant. (some of us must be brainwashed; unwilling to see the truth and stop following the media's lead).
Berek Obama is getting all the support for committing all his energy against Islam and Muslims and in favor of Jew Community. If he turns vice versa, I'm sure he'll succeed in getting more votes. Jews are wealthier of course but have been declared as people who will enter Hell on the day of Judgement. Berek Obama is going after the wealth and not the piety which is the greatest force. Islam is spreading at double the speed just because of this principle of piety not the wealth.
I find it funny that RP is an adamant supporter of the constitution yet he doesn't agree with it. The Mexican people were in America first, we acquired 8 of our states from Mexico, portions of the original California State Constitution were in Spanish. The point is, we have a long history with the Mexican people. This is a human rights issue and I feel that there are ways to solve this in a compassionate, responsible manner. Ways that do not involve changing the spirit of our immigrant nation
uhh but have you listened to the other candidates? come on' he s only trying to keep power away from the government and let the people be deciders in the country's future. THAT is the constitution he is trying to uphold. (his main priority).
Exactly and Mike Gravel is the only candidate with a viable plan of action. How do you think the people will decide anything??? BY voting for an elected official that will say one thing and do another? By one person in office trying to accomplish something alone in government?? NO and NO. The only way things will change is if the people become empowered and have direct involvement every step of the way. The only man that sees and knows this is Mike Gravel. NI4D
Great video with honesty and methodical speech, along with a good deal of educated thinking behind it. look up jerry springer
remember approximately 1200 Nuclear bombs were exploded in America this has caused minute particles of radiation linger in every town USA .these cause a retardation at birth.
Americans are powerless their govt now controls their every thought .
education in America is no child left behind ,it's real meaning is you always pass regarless your test scores.
The policy of individual sovereignty is the idea that seven billion people working together in non-governmental organizations, NGO's, can run the world without giving their power to anyone else, especially a few men or women who are supposedly of superior intellect, but who have no common sense. If you are on the ground you have the 'intelligence'.
thank you for a very interesting perspective on Ron Paul from someone outside of the U.S. i like your comment concerning "truth". Increasingly these politicians are being scrutinized very closely concerning their actions as opposed to their rhetoric. The only candidate as far as i can tell that stands on the principles of the Constitution and VOTES accordingly, "puts his money where his mouth is" so to speak IS Ron Paul!
He said there's no difference between a first term abortion and a 3rd term abortion because he himself is pro-life.
The way that I see Dr. Paul is that even though he is a certain way, he understands that every person in this country is an individual with his/her own ideas and beliefs, and he's not going to be one to force the entire country into a solidary system of beliefs and ideals.
I agree. I think his appearence on The View was his worst. I don't know why he took the tack he did. Perhaps he didn't want to get into an argument with those four outspoken women about abortion. Whoopi alone would have kicked his ass. However, his waffling didn't do him any favors. Overall, I agree with RP's position on abortion.
Actually he was very consistent. I'm seen him say the same views many times before. He's pro-life because of his personal background. That is understandable. But its with a twist. He believes its a state issue and not a national one. I tend to agree. Abortion is so personal it should be a more state/local in regard to "legality". Personally I believe it should remain a non issue left up to the individuals involved.
You are about to see the battle between good and evil. The last time I voted for a president was when Ross Perot ran back in '92. I think Ron Paul's radicalism (as you mentioned) is the only way to go.
Thanks for taking an interest in our politics, please donate to his website and force the media to allow him to be heard and legitimized.
Thank you for your astute and intelligent observations somasdhavala, inspriring and so needed. Too many times, I have run into young people your age who have no more on their mind than what cool Nintendo they want next.
Our system was set up to be such that the people vote for those whom they trust to lead them in their state. The federal government is supposed to be bound by a contract with the people to perform specific roles preserving liberty, protecting the nations border, opening trade etc. The congress is supposed to be the height of the states representation. Shrinking the Federal government does not cause chaos, as the states still maintain their governance. Great vid, thanks!
somasdhavala. I suggest to you that limited government is not to say that people are not held to the law. Limited government refers to the limited SCOPE of the government in our personal lives and individual choices. This is what Ron Paul believes will bring us the best quality of life.
How to draw that thin red line that lets an individual exercise his freedom and at the same time maintains the social order? I have no doubt in my mind that he is capable of accomplishing what he is promising. My point is, the supporters should be prepared for all the risks that come along when you are trying bring a sea of change in domestic as well as foreign policies.
As an outsider, the most appealing aspect of his manifesto is his non-interventionalistic and non-isolanationalistic policy towards foreign countries. I have no doubt in my mind that even the current Iranian president will be convinced and would revert his policy to divert nuclear resources for all civilian purposes however irrelevant his current stand is, what ever that may be.
If you have to win others trust, you have to plant it first. It is the irony that majority of the americans are open, embrace other cultures than anybody else and still USA as a country, is isoloated in todays world. that should tell that something is wrong with the foriegn policy! carrot/prize or cage/prision policy has lost its relevance in the course of time. After all it is evolution, I suppose.
What you have to understand is that using force against people is what creates chaos. If people are not forced, then order arises spontaneously. That's why when governments are restrained from intervening in the economy, that the economy has maximum efficiency and maximum properity. Look up the concept of "spontaneous order." Liberty is the mother of order.
Thanks for posting and speaking the truth. Ron Paul sees things very clearly and follows our Constitution in a very strict, less understood way, than anyone in Washington. We need to go back to our roots and the Constitution if we are to save our country...your post will help us in that effort...again thank you.
You have it pretty close to right. The U.S. Goverment is not doing the will of the The U.S. People, the U.S. goverment has gone rogue, it has it own agenda. I hope Ron Paul gets elected and straigenten things out. thanks for the opinion.
Its nice to hear an international perspective on the United States and the upcoming presedential candidates. I sometimes feel that Americans forget about the international perspective, besides what they see on the television.

Ron Paul was very dishonest on The View (Dec. 4) and wouldn't admit his position on abortion
until they cornered him. He answered their very direct questions with ludicrous
questions of his own, eventually suggesting there's no difference between an
abortion in the first month and one in the 8th month, then retreated behind
"let the states decide"--he sounded like a typical texas politician to me

yep, let's go back to the good ol' days when all you had to do was kiss the
local sheriff's behind and payoff the mayor...and shoot,
if ya needed an abortion, you could beg the good Old Doc Paul, and he'd consider
your request, and if he agreed, and you had enough cash,
he'd hook ya up and he'd even help ya purchase the bus ticket to the
next state over for a clean safe abortion

hi, thank you for the insight. What I am afraid of is: the govt. should not be so minimalistic that "order" in the society gives way to "chaos".
