If you don't want to do heroin, large amounts of Vicodin and other pain killers is a substitute for getting into bill evans-style grooves. HIGH DOSAGES!
Very nice, I really enjoyed it. You have a very nice touch. How did you get the bass & drum part in? I know it is not from the keyboard as I have one myself, although my playing is nowhere near yours. ;-).
Hey, that's really cool, I've just started practising this tune. Any good advice? How did you get hold of that recording without the piano part? Did you use "The Real Book" when practising?
it's one of my favourite tunes of all time and your performance is inspiring. I am not so good, but am working to get better and finally be able to play it.
That was really nice. I'm getting into learning some Bill Evans, but you have that feel really down. I agree about learning Turn out the stars. I'd worked on that for awhile, but I guess it was just too hard for me.
Do you know where i could find scores of Evans's songs? I mostly use guitar pro to learn songs.

i'm agree that it was a particulary difficult tune to memorize, althought which is only I-vi-ii-V at the beginning,
Maybe applying some drop2 vocing in your improvisation will be sound more like evan's sound:-]

can you briefly define a "drop 2' for me

Begins with a little "bossa" swing - very nice. By the way that Pan's Labyrinth on the piano - funny... Why I always look at details? :-)

Nice. You kick it up a notch at about the 4:00 mark during that great block chord section and groove it out to the end.

Thanks 7note, that change into 4/4 gets me everytime! :-P

Starting around 1:30, you really kick in with an effortless swing. Very restrained and tasteful. Excellent.
