The SVT isn't maxed out either. There are guys in the UK making over 200hp on ST170 motors (same as the SVT) using ITBs, porting and cams. You could even stroke it to a 2.3L, but again, all of this stuff costs more than going forced induction, so not many people do it here in the US.
It's not necessarily hard, it's just expensive and not many people have done it. Take a look at the Caterham kit cars with NA Zetecs. I went with a JRSC.

did you feel
any power gains with this exhaust? I've thought about magnaflow for my svtf

The high flow cat made a difference but I doubt the rest did anything. I have a supercharger going on the car though, that's why I went 3".

Zetecs are so hard to get any gains out of NA. What SC are you going with? Jackson Racing? Vortex?

It might be because the SVT is pretty much maxed out stock. The best things you can do to it besides FI is a ORD/HFC or a good tune

looooong ass 1st gear ! , sounds pretty smooth for a 4-banger, good job

Yeah first gear on an SVTf is 0-40mph. Really tall; that's why these cars get horrible 60ft times on the quarter mile.
