there's a MUCH easier way to do this i recently found out about! okay so first you need to calculate the distance the baby panda walked in the 2 min he was out of the house. so you do d=sxt (d=45x2) =90ft. Then since both the mama and baby are walking in the same direction you can subtract their speeds so the baby remains stationary and the ma walks at 20ft/min. so instead of them both walking, the baby is still at 0ft/m and the ma walks at 65-45=20ft/min. then you do t=d/s t=90/20= 4.5s
