how do you set up the CDU for locolizer capture and approach capture i hove only managed it once but i think purely by accident as i have never been able to repeat the procedure ! there dont seem to be any tutorials on CDU setup for landings only takeoff !!!

the FMC is the biggest pain in the ass in payware products, im not going to be an airline pilot so having to put up with that complicated crap is no fair, they shud make simplified versions for simmers, and FMC professional versions for more hardcore simmers. oh well.

Very nice vid.

You could make your life easier if you operate the bird in a multi crew environment using voice control.

Try something called "Multi Crew Experience" (for which there is a fully working Demo) and see what I mean. No need to struggle with speed, heading and altitude dialling. The first officer will do it for you on request.

You just need a headset with mike.

This is a rule that applies to all aircraft, only apply fuel pumps when you are really going to start the engines on. For the rest, great video :)

I think this video is great, BUT I think for those of us who does not know how to fly this plane, its hard to see what buttons and switches the pilot needs to use. A slower version, with no music, and a step by step video would be more helpful. I think you should make this video a tutorial:-)
