Thanks for the video! I tried this out today and it was delicious! I added sweet potato and lime leaf to the dish and it worked out great. Forget going to the nearest Thai food restaurant -- I got this recipe. :-D
Hi Alice, nice presentation of one of my favorite meals! I like to add the following ingredients: Sweet basil leafs (Horapa) and bamboo shoots. Instead of brown sugar I use palm sugar. Cheers
In the video you say 2 cups of coconut milk, but in the written recipe it says 1 cup. Is it 1 or 2 cups? BTW, this dish looks absolutely delicious! Can't wait to try it out.
Hi Uberdawg, I don't have enough room to write in one comment so I break it up in a few.
Cook chicken in seperate pan, heat pan with cooking oil (any cooking oil) for 2 to 3 mins until hot, put ingingredients below in pan and stir-fry until fully
cook, set aside:
1.) 1/4 cup of any cooking oil (I used olive oil in the video but coconut oil is better to use)
Prepare ingredients and then stir-fry all veggies in order starting from garlic, cook for less then 2 mins, don't over cook, leave the veggies crunchy:
(heat pan with cooking oil (any cooking oil) for 2 to 3 mins until hot)
1.) 4 cloves of chopped fresh garlic
2.) Half a sliced onions
3.) Panang curry paste (can buy in at your local farmer's market or ethnic food store, usuallly comes ina can)
A number of good things are happening here. As well as being easy on the eye, you also have a soothing voice. Have you thought about selling relaxation tapes? I say tapes, I probably mean something one could download from itunes. Also I like "let this simmer for about... 2 minutes?" I applaud that lazy streak, it appeals hugely. Alot of people at that point would claim you have to let it simmer for 25-30 minutes, but it tastes no fucking different if you do. So to sum up then, I love you.
Alice..I want to marry you!!!! Simply Amazing ...:)

Hi Keanniejim, I supposed it feeds 6 to 8 people if you serve it with rice. Hope that answered your question.

Great video! I'd recommend including the recipe in the description for easy reference, but apart from that- watching you cook this made me hungry.
