I respect Tito but I think MMA has evolved beyond him. He has a terrible stand-up and not that many submissions. He's a master of ground n' pound but that's been worked out now. I don't see him ever do anything major again in UFC ever.

man, this guy is a knucklehead. It still burns me that he decisioned W. Silva, if you watch that fight hes practically RUNNING to get away from him the whole time hes not shooting. I am not kidding there are times he's literally back to Silva running across the 'gon. In those days he was at his best, too. His best fights were against guys past their primes, and now I think it's his turn to be in that role. I like Forrest, although I still think Forrest is too slow to be serious in the end.
