  • Is this the concert they gave in the olympia stadium open air? On that concert I sat outside to listen :)

  • @knulfine yes it is. July 2004, Olympiastadion.

  • you short? Try to get to see them/ Or you like the rafters?

  • @7466309change exactly!

  • @Emilyplays1 oh that too bad but you got there and I never had gotten there.Nice you share.

  • I was there!!! : ) And it was one of the greatest concerts I'd ever seen! ♥ TY for video ♥

  • So fantastic!

  • i love this song and a poem. i got like 95 percent on English class. thanks dude.

PS: what happen to the first video of this song before this?

i like the first video of this song.

  • Glad their feud ended.! Thanks for uploading! I remember replaying album again & again, sometimes in anger, when I stayed on in abandonned frat house, 70's, college, not going home 4 summer, not taking a job my Dad had 4 me. But that crash, & leaving college GOOD- went to CA, found Christian ROCK CLIMBERS, of all things, in Yosemite, as I wandered there alone, living out my values of Rocky Mountain High, I guess. They named me "wandering buck" they were happy, befriended me, showed me Christ.

  • Old Friends tour was cool because they do a good job creating the sound of the originals, but I think they should just be up there with only 2 mics and 1 guitar.

  • Like in their olds turn...

  • I have loved Simon and Garfunkel for many years. Their music is like a good friend to me.

  • what well said!!! i feel the same way...

  • Loved it then and still love it. Can't get any better than Simon and Garfunkel.

  • I'm sorry, but all I sense here is mighty rich in the audience.

    Takes away a bit.

  • My god get a grip you vocal critics - its taken with a poxy little camera, not a universal studios rig...the voices are fine, its just the recording thats iffy!!

  • Both in their mid 60's at the time of this performance. I guess the voices can't go on forever.

  • This is a great version of the song.

  • I like this song, but it sounds like there're on heroin...

  • how much has he had to drink tonight?

  • sounds tired.......

  • You are bound to have poor sound quality on occasions like this but you have the

fantastic atmosphere - thank you for posting! The sentiments make this a "student's" song, which is still as relevant today as it was when it was written.

  • I don't think so. The melody is easy to remember AND shows much unexpectedness.

  • I agree with that mate

  • yeah, i thought the words were okay but the melody totally killed it

  • this revision is bad; the original fantastic!

  • I love this song.

But this song should be sung offendedly.

Such a balladic arrange is not suitable.

  • arrangement

  • Awesome song; very poor performance of it, though.

  • @1PinkFreud Give em a break, they're getting old haha. Sounded fine to me though

  • I was there this evening too.

an evening nobody there ll never forget!

  • You should have put the video on "daytime" mode, INSTEAD OF nightime mode, that way Simon and Garfunkle would not look like they are "washed out" in bright light. My dad did they same thing when he video recorded people on stage singing.. they were washed out because he put the video setting on nightime mode.. however, the light shining on the singers are BRIGHT like daylight.
