  • WLC is the modern day C.S Lewis. awsome thinker

  • I love to tell the story, tw'ill be my theme in Glory! To tell the old old story, of Jesus and His Love!

  • A Christian who denies the literal word of Genesis has no foundation. The figure he claims to follow clearly asserts the veracity of Genesis as the divinine word of god as written by Moses. So WLC is throwing out the New Testament and then claiming a faith based on nothing but the New Testament.

  • Great testimony! Loved that, I relate to it too, I was not raised a Christian either

  • Where it says You will know the truth and the truth will set you free, this really speaks volumes to me. Praise Jesus and keep up the good work. Your totally correct when you say until you have a relationship with God you cannot understand.

  • I was confused, who or what was right, one night I just broke down, in tears, I prayed to Jesus with an honest heart. Asking him to reveal the truth to me to save me, from that point on, I was set free, I had a very similar feeling you had. Then afterwards I began to read the bible in a different life.

  • I didn't know he wasn't raised a Christian, I can relate to what he says so much.

  • I have had very strong spiritual feelings....growing up in my mormon faith, but after studying my faith.....there are so many holes it makes my stomach hurt.....yet my life has been blessed and happy by my mormon upbringing. So what does feeling lead us to do? For you to devote your life to spreading the message of God in a very powerful way, for me and many of my years, believe in a lie.....how am I suppose to believe that feeling confirms truth?

  • @troutsleuthCA I usually don't like to disrepect other peoples beliefs but I don't think the mormon belief is Christian. You are right to see that it has many holes in it. However watch some of William lane Craigs videos on here. I think you'll see his arguments do prove that God does exist and with the historal accounts of Jesus proves that Christian theism is accurate and correct. Check this website out that compares mormonism to the Bible 4witness.o.r.g. /mormon/jwldschr.php

  • Let me follow-up with my last statement....your spiritual evidence led you to believe in God, mormonism feelings confirm that Mormonism is true and therefore God must be true...but Christians would debate this until they are blue in the face that mormonism is the "one true faith". I grew up Mormon, but have since left that line of thinking and trying to objectively observe life and faith. I cannot right now reconcile that feeling leads one to truth

  • Dr. Craig, I have enjoyed some of your debates. How do you reconcile that Mormons experience the same type of spiritual confirmation of the "truthfulness" of the LDS faith, similar to your experience finding God, but yet you would not call them Christians? How do you reconcile emotion across all faiths.....when each one has their own spiritual evidences.....

  • @Notsoslimthug is knowledge the solution to all the earths problems? It seams the more we advance the more ecclesiastical we get, the level of depression and suicide rise and get younger and younger, the social structure degrades, so does morality, because the more we advance the more we draw away from god and his gifts to us like strong families, joy etc

  • Atheists today seem to believe that their challenges to religion and God is something no one else had thought of before. They are so smart: Wow, if people of other religions have different experiences based upon their cultural milieu, that must mean that they are all untrue! And then they get together with other atheists and yuck it up about how naive or stupid religious people are.

  • I suppose that Dr. Craig would have not be able to give a persuasive response to the atheist challenge to his experience's validity. / sarcasm off.

  • So in order for one to experience God in a spiritual sense, he must already be a believer or at least want to believe. Interesting point.

  • @ybediz i think you have to be weak in spirit

  • @ybediz - Jeremiah 29:13

  • I appreciate Dr. Craig's honestly and ability to speak plainly as a saved man. He puts Dawkins to shame. Bravo and thanks for posting.

  • @murphyclm The only person he shames is himself. In a few hundred years he will be known as just another ignorant fool who held back the advancement of mankind.

  • @Notsoslimthug Mankind hasn't "advanced" but rather declined, proves it daily and will continue to do so. Dr. Craig would laugh at your comment that he would be remembered at all a few hundred years hence. He has sense enough to know he's not that important. No man is.

  • @murphyclm How in your dim-witted mind has mankind declined?

We know much more now in than ever in our history. We have much better understanding of the universe and no longer need to resort to

  • @Notsoslimthug I see by your profile you're young, you call youself a thug and are a humanist. No surprise. Look around you. No, we don't really "know" or "understand" a whole lot more now than we ever have. We have technology. We can go faster. When the power goes out, what good is that? We can live longer but to what purpose? You need a reality check regarding "science falsely so-called, "I Tim 6:20. Look that up. Humans hobble along but they get no smarter overall, really.

  • this man has given huge respect back to theists and their respect.

  • @JesusLives11keila Muchas gracias Dios te bendiga

    gracias bendiciones

  • It gave my chills

  • Wow this was amzing!

  • This was beautiful. I always enjoy hearing/viewing Dr. Craig's personal testimony. In my opinion, the most moving account I have ever seen him give was the one he gave in the closing remarks at the end of his debate with Bishop John Shelby Spong. Footage of that too can be found on the DrCraigVideos account here on YouTube:

What is the Personal Impact for the Resurrection?

    watch?v=T4bPn8SpZCY

  • @AbuKhamrAlMaseeHee I saw that debate once but only about half was shown.

  • @99percentatheist Thank God for the 1%, I pray that you come to Jesus.

"And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him. And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind." John 9:38-39

"Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began," 2 Tim 1:9

  • A wonderful testimony. Parts of his remind me of my own experiences and search for truth.

  • Craig is one of the Geniuses of our time. I would do anything for a 2 hour conversation with him. Seems like the amount of knowledge I've accumulated over the past 35 years exceeds the level of the teachings I'm receiving from almost everywhere. How do you not watch every seminar and pay attention to every lecture and buy and read every book? God bless you Dr Craig -_-

  • the crucifixion of christ seems like such a harsh retribution

'forgive them for they know not what they do'

heaven's said to be New Earth

  • @JNdigital In actuality, Earth is set to be what we think is heaven

  • Comment removed

  • @DemitriousMercury earth and birth are similar. everything will continue to transform. Heaven would likely be in closer proximity to knowing divine intent and wisdom, with less imposed limitations. I don't see heaven in non-existence per say

  • @JNdigital Agreed.. It is our responsibility as human beings to seek to be part of this transformation.. Just like an onion is made up in layers, a tree and its roots.. so is reality.. One thing every living thing has in common is the course of constant change and growth.. those things that are not growing or evolving are practically stealing oxygen from those things that are.

  • @DemitriousMercury

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. Revelation 21:1

For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD. Isaiah 66:22-23

  • @JNdigital Interesting.. I can't wait

  • Kraig is the man

  • Happy Birthday indeed. Is everybody born in August? LOL
