Best tip for this last segment, for me, its contact beam, force gun and plasma cutter. use the plasma cutter to shoot nicole, when the marker shows its heart, hammer it with the contact beam, two hits before it closes up. At this point the shadow little kids will appear, hammer them with the force gun which will also hammer nicole. Remember to reload your contact beam or you will end up running out of ammo before you land the forth shot into the markers heart, repeat these steps until it dies.

this isn't really about buying new weapons, that just takes up space in the inventory. he just shouldn't have wasted all his ammo on the regenerating necromorph

My strategy for this bit: go crazy on Pulse Rifle ammo at the last store you see while making sure you've got enough ammo for your alternate weapon to survive reaching the Marker then when you enter Isaac's head switch to your Pulse Rifle and then unload like fuck into Nicole and the big yellow thing that appears, ignore The Pack when it appears, if you're quick shooting the yellow thing they'll only hit you once or twice and rinse and repeat.

Here's my strategy for the boss. Shoot the lady with the plasma cutter untill the marker starts to glow. After that, shoot it with a Javelin Gun or the Seeker Rifle. After that, when the shadows appear use your alt fire from your Line Gun to make them explode. Make sure to place as many mines as you can. If your lucky, the blast(s) will hit the lady as well. Keep repeating this and you'll eventually destroy the marker. Peace!
