How many of these people got off one of the buses, when they could have gone to Heron to get a 4 instead? The 4 runs every 7 or 8 minutes during this period. Might be a better bet for those who want to go to Carleton.
We could increase the frequency at peak periods to 12 minutes rather than 15 by straightening the noisy curves near Bayview Station and getting additional operators at the morning peak so they did not have to get out of the train and walk to the other end, through the crush of passengers. But what will happen in 5 years if we have another 10% growth per year?
@burnuts007 The way to fix this is to maintain the transportation master plan and build the light rail networking in Ottawa. It's been set back 10 years by politics.

what should be changed to fix this problem? add another car?
what were all the track upgrades for the train to be shut down almost all summer?

@burnuts007 at Carleton Station they redid the tracks to a more wider angle to make it easier for the train to turn, and did repairs on the tracks
