  • Tore my rotator cuff at 44! I started lifting no more than 5lb weights and using a resistance band to work my shoulders at high reps, helps build muscle tissue around your joints to help compensate the tear, also pumps a lot of blood in the shoulder where blood supplies are usually low.. I'm almost back where I used to be, but still have to be careful, best to get into smaller weights and slowly work up to higher weights. The increased reps also benefit in building lean muscle and burn fat..

  • Take bone broth, one cup of bone broth is like a whole bottle of glucosamine and chondroitin. It's a lot cheaper than g&c just buy the bones.

  • NO supplement can help your back!!! But it can help other joints. My personal fav. is animal flex.

  • Glucosamine and Chondroitin work somewhat. For better results you should look into hydrolyzed collagen , ideally from Bovine source, for joint health. It's like a night at day difference. Feels like theres more "spring" in my body. I get mine from purebulk.com. They sell it in a huge bag, not capsules, for the best value. Helped me alot, after my ACL surgery, and years of playing football and powerlifting.

  • It takes weeks for this product to start helping. You won't see anything after one week of using it. I've been taking it for about 6 months, and after 2 knee surgeries, i can tell a difference in the knee joint itself. I can run, lift, and play ball now without much pain.

  • look for an herbalife distributor and get tablets...they are called "joint support" and "xtra cal" .....it gives you all the calcium to make your bones stronger and joint support helps out your joints a lot.....i'm letting you know from my own personal experience....is all natural products and it shouldnt run you anymore than 35 bucks for a months worth....i promise that will do it for your joints

  • Gluco and MSM are useful for joints and important for bodybuilding, anyone lifting heavy weight is going to deal with joint pain, cause your muscles get stronger but your joints never do, in fact they get weaker and more fragile with age.

    One way you can get it is taking Controlled Labs Orange Triad multi-vitamin, it has Glucosamine and MSM in it along with all the essential shit, pretty popular bodybuilding multivitamin.

  • i promise u nothing will change in only a week from use of it. i had bad shoulder and bought some and i will tell u for sure it works. take 3 a day, once u wake, middle of day, and before u sleep. after a month of that u should see a big difference. none of that matters if ur form when lifting is wrong tho

  • Don't expect to notice anything in such a short amount of time. Cartilages do not get worn out in a short amount of time, so neither does rebuilding/repairing it either. Most Doctors might even tell you that you will only see any noticeable improvements after a few months of using it. So I'm just trying to warn you that the review might (I am saying might and not definitely because everybody is different) not be good as you might not see any changes in short amount of time.

  • For joints and elasticity you should take MSM - Methylsufonylmethane. It is THE BEST PRODUCT to take for this. Helps your back, shoulders etc ... It is a Sulfur compound that is found in nature. Find one that is made naturally and not petroleum based.
