  • OMG. I cannot believe the number of shells. We come down twice per year. April and October. Probably not the best shelling months, but Gerry certainly does catch a lot of fish off of that pier. It is probably the fishiest place--other than Blind Pass--in the area.

    We spent many hours walking those beaches and I do not believe we have ever seen the great shells you found, but we sure have sacks and sacks of shells we have brought back to Kansas. Sanibel and Captiva are two vary rare places.

  • this is wonderful i booked rooms for feb, because i love your videos i have been collecting sense i was 5 years old i have every shell i have found, anyway im so scared that im gonna drive over 1000 miles and it will be the week no shells wash in i heard that happens im staying 7 nights i sure hope i can find a few shells for my collection
