same thing hapend with my but luckly i got it back in the second pis all i did was take some pliyers and bend in the littal bump that makes the freshin that way it comes out alot easyer

with these lighters you can use kerocene or gas in an emergency

The p-nut lighter only lasts about 9 minutes as

a emergency candle : ( However good as an backup lighter.

I have made 3 of these, one w/o the lighter.

The key is to prioritize the stuff. I start with:

a p-38 as a stopper. And I stack from there.

Some items in the back have gate clips on

them, for easy removal and replacing.

The items w/o clips are toward the front.

I put the whole set in a pull close pouch,

so it won't poke me in my pocket.

i ordered one of the peanut lighters and also had the inner cylinder problem. I lost the keychain it was one, so i ordered a new one. Hopefully it won't also have the same problem. The way i filled it was to pull the top out slightly and squirted fluid into the crack.

i had the same insert problem with mine, but i had the earlier chrome version. the cylinder was stuck inside so it was always a bitch to try and stuff the cotton back when i had to refill it. i got so frustrated that i just took it off my keys and chucked it.

i was thinking about getting a new stainless steal one cuz i thought i was the only one with the defective lighter. thanks for telling me about the same problem with the new ones too. for now, my keys will be fireless.
