Its is a long course, long course is 50 meters each length. In highschool its 4 lengths of 25, so you can push off the wall two times more and get more of a boost. Plus, in highschool pools are measured in yards and between 100 yards and 100 meters there's like a 6 yard difference.

Not really, my build is for Breastroke but freestyle is more natural  and more applicable in life. The only reason I would be backstroking is for a race or relaxing.
