You can also do a kneeling roll-out facing the anchor point and get the same benefits with a little more of a challenge. Ah, so the resistance of the band is less than the load of the body pulling it down. Makes more sense now, I thought the bands would've been stronger, like powerlifting bands. I'm assuming they were lower resistance bands.

I have a really hairy ass, So what I do on these hot days is I insert my fingers into the crack of my ass lengthwise, then flex allowing all the bumjuice liquid to absorb onto the skin of my fingers. After about 5 minutes I then remove my fingers from my ass crack and proceed to lick all the bumjuice off my fingers. The licking actually enhances the scent of the bumjuice so I always take a big wif. What bumjuice is left over on my skin and under my fingernails I scrap off with my teeth.
