Of course you can play Death Metal without triggers. Most of the time triggers are just used to create a certain sound that is more audible (not louder though).

Yes, but it is only to ampilify the power of his skills. Tiggers only make it a bit easier to reach higher speeds when double pedaling. This is because they keep a constant volume with the sound of the kick drum. No matter how hard you hit. It still takes alot of talent to kick pedal at speeds reaching 260 bpm for that long.

There are almost 10 of 2 sets of tracks/behemoth miscellanious such as Novy jumping out of three story hotel in black ov night lol so funny. Also, their sound guy Malta, he is hilarious in several parts! Gotta love the heaviest band in the world.

well they project a sound when the beater hits the bass drum which is connected to a detonator. As far as i know... but you can set off the detonator with a little tap with less power and get the same sound, so people can go faster with lighter hits and the triggers projects the same pitch and volume sound. It is kinda cheating, depends how the triggers are used.
