@HonusToThe5 Yes, and the character played by Tom Kenny is based on the comedian Charley Callas, whose basic thing was making odd noises and acting lke a manic man, who was a relatively well-known guy doing the late night rounds.

He also stood in for Bob as a "back of head double" a few times in the show.
