  • One of the reasons i´d like to be rich is to be able to afford this type of meals.

  • I think Ferran hates Jose. At the end of his speech, Ferran has a "what the fuck" look on his face. It's pretty funny.

  • i feel really sorry for his camera crew having to watch him eat this amazing food

  • 2:32 This i need a picture i need to look at it later and touch myself LOL

  • my god i have never seen anything like this

  • passion

  • meanwhile in Africa!!

  • @MASTERNCS shut up its soo old now

  • @quityojibbajabbaa Your mother on my dick is getting old you FAG STFU

  • @MASTERNCS , weelllllllllllllllllll saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiidddddddddddddd.

  • Vaaaaaaaai de pula mea .....

  • Very nice, but there's a reason why he went bankrupt. I just hope his foundation doesn't ask for government grants.

  • LoL @ people's envious comments. When he wasn't famous, nobody gave a rat's ass about him. Now that he is,people hate/envy him and write irrelevant comments. At the end of the day, in order to be successful you have to live with the fact that some will dislike you. That's what comes with the territory.

  • Four people have no souls. I, for one, liked this ;)

  • Genius food.

  • @1:11 Hauhahuauhauhauhaauha!!!

  • more food less jokes

  • so is el bulli going to eventually reopen?

  • @hotneo7 It's going to re-open as the elBulli center for creativity. They'll be doing research in to new areas of gastronomy and publishing their findings online. It will be a sort of school from what I understand.

  • I can't stomach watching this nobody....

    being paid.... to be pampered.

  • @frickadele

Bourdain is string bean, ex drug addict, divorced,

and lucky to be on this food show.

If he didn't have this job?....he's be snorting coriander.

  • @frickadele being an ex-drug addict, nor a divorced man, is no shame. This show is a food and travel show and he does pretty well as a host. He's also a chef, but I never tried his food, probably you didn't too. And Adria is one of the world's best chef, even if Bourdain were a very good chef (which is irrelevant, since the point of the show is not watching bourdain cooking, but eating), he'll never be as good as Ferra. so, stop posting these comments please.

  • @eskorbutin89 Bourdain gets daily doses of compliance from others just because he happened to get plucked from obscurity and paid to travel the world and eat fabulous food all at the producer's expense. He Didn't make the show-the Show made him. Also, he puts down vegans...you know those asshole people who hate to see anything killed just so you can put it between two slices of bread and eat it. AND...once a drug addict and lousy partner... always and addict and lousy partner.
  • @frickadele wouldn't you like to have his job? it's a freaking great job! Besides the job he's also a succesful chef and writer, so, he actually does something else besides being a tv host. You can try to do it too. And I'm really impressed actually on how much do you care that he was a drug addict, and he's divorced. Are you Anthony's ex wife by any chance? or an ex girlfriend? Because if not, I don't really get how his personal life is your bussiness then.

  • @eskorbutin89

A person's character is measured by his actions.

Because it's not what you do...but whom you are.

    Character is everything.

  • @frickadele but who cares about tv people's character? how is it important to you? do you actually know the guy?

  • @eskorbutin89

    I would never hire you...

nor trust you to get the ammo.

    You lack the quintessential ingredient...

that makes one person trust another person...

    and that's....integrity.

  • @frickadele what the heck? I don't even... bleh, it's ok, comment whatever makes you happy.

  • Ferran Adrià is without any doubt the greatest chef in the world

  • Damn, I'm sad because I feel like I can't eat those cuisine, ever..

    I want a job like Tony's!!!

  • 100% passion.

  • so much truffles!!!!!

  • seems Ferran Adria really is impressed by tony isn't he..I think Tony should be something more than just a writer ,ex chef and a TV host .he should win culinary awards ,writing awards or whatever..

  • Jealous.

  • 52 courses! That is just mind-bending. The thought of eating even one thing at El Bulli is amazing. The thought of eating 52 just gave me a minor stroke.

Ferran is beyond genius, he's some sort of God sent down to give happiness to the very, very few.

  • no matter what people talk shit about him he changed and is changing the whole universal gastronomy

  • Steve Jobs Creative Computers Frran Adria Creative Foods

  • I'm 18 and almost thinking of quitting my culinary journey. But. this episode, particularly Ferran Adria saved me.

  • @lightpeacelove9999 beautiful, we all have bad times and good times, after seeing this episode you might think of emotional times. We need inspiration to proceed after bad times and this was really great and really inspiring.

  • The Escoffier of our generation.

  • i wouldn't eat it, i would just stick my dick in the dishes.

  • ferran is a genius and he looks like a regular adorable guy.

    you've got to love him.

    and bourdain too.

  • One of my dreams was to dine at El Bulli. Although it will never happen, at least Ferran's legacy will live on.

  • my god! ... the truffles

  • I dream that one day maybe I could experience food like that. Food that could erupt such emotion.

  • Jesus, I'm the farthest thing away from a gastronomic connoisseur but this was very emotional and inspiring. Emotion through food! This man is a genius!

  • this is not about eating food nomore ... it's something else

  • That chef is futuristic. WOW. He is on another level. it looks so good that I feel ashamed about what I cooked for dinner.

  • somewhere Ducasse is cursing Ferran for ruining France's Culinary empire

  • 5:16 "suck it like a soup dumpling." When he said that, I finally realized he was a world chef. East meeting west, and the places in between.

  • Tony blushing at Ferran's compliment = priceless

  • can somebody explain to me how he eats so much

  • 2:28 omg that line made me laugh so hard

  • @towerguarder you're such a tool.

  • @liquidpersuasion fuck off troll

  • haha, his face at 1:38 !!! :D

  • @engaurd Such a strange question. Of course a meal is all about taste and nothing else. Ask any chef why they do something and the answer will be 'because it tasted good at the time'. The question you need to ask is 'What defines taste for you and those around you'. For me the word 'tatse' defines all the senses of the body and the atmospheres around it.

  • Daniel Boulud's show after hours has an episode where he describes Jayz and P.Diddy eating at his restaurant. The waiter timidly shaved some truffles onto P.Diddy's plate and P.Diddy says "Shave that bitch"

  • speechless

  • ok, interesting concept... but this is not real food

  • @mihalachedoru but is it supposed to be that, or is the food only a way of conveying the emotions and experiences?

  • @mihalachedoru as a cook myself, i completely disagree with you. this is real food in the sense that cooking is an art form. people who cook take one ingredient, read a recipe, and for those who are bold and creative and love the life of the kitchen will do many things with that one thing. every ones interpretation of one thing is different. you really should rewatch this episode. that was, to me anyway, the whole point of it.

  • @mihalachedoru ok, and you're not a "real" food critic

  • very nice...♥

  • Great episode :D, thanks for the upload

  • 1:39... did you see Anthony's face... he's totally shocked... truffle dust...

  • @shine777 LOL... then "Guilt tastes good. I'm going to hell."

  • dickhead's they are all eating magnific things, and i am here with a sandwich made with chesse and ham

  • @jiayu913 Honestly speaking,I've enjoyed tons of terrific food over the years and one of the best things I ever tasted was a ham and cheese sandwich in the hills of Switzerland. The ham had been cured at home from a pig grown there no doubt, the cheese crafted from locally produced milk...given by Alpine grazing cows, the bread, fresh, crusty and perfect, with a faint smear of divine butter.Absolute bliss! The lady who created this masterpiece sold them through the train windows to tourists.

  • @teufelstaub Relay that to France and the Ducasse Fine Dinning Franchise ,, El Bulli took that Overpaying at Fancy French restaurants that are fancy and stuffy, and just about plating presentation , El Bulli put the money into Ingredients Creativity ,

  • @NamChampskee Obviously the foremost purpose of environments such as this IS the creation of magnificent works of provocative food art...basically Court cuisine, once again for the select few who can afford it and claim to/really do understand it.I'd still prefer that unpretentious sandwich, created as an everyday event by a local farmwife, from her personal reserves, and sold for a few francs alongside a train in a celestial Alpine setting,as I didn't have to claim superiority to enjoy it.

  • @teufelstaub so go and eat your sandwhich.

  • @teufelstaub OR noodles created fresh Locally in from the peasants of the rice paddies of Vietnam or the Philippines

  • @NamChampskee Absolutely!Anything created by hand in the tradtitional manner tends to be extraordinary...we all have our list of faves!Cheers!

  • Ferran disapproves 2:30
