perfectly understandable if jayachandran sir find 'kolaveri' distasteful but owing to his stature he should have expressed his displeasure in a more subtle manner. you cannot blame the boy taking up something which has turned into a universal rage, for his performance.
what i feel is that.. first jayachandran shouldn't have stopped the person from singing and the reaction was cinematic.... at the same time, what is there in the song " kolvaeri" to be judged.....
as a person who is a great singer and lover of music(i mean Jayachandran), people should acknowledge the fact and may be accept to what he did... in my personal opinion, hear and sing the song after you are drunk or something or when you are dull...this song needs no judgement (hehe)

റിയാലിറ്റി ഷോയില് "ഷോ" നടക്കാറുണ്ട് എന്നത് ശരി തന്നെ.കിട്ടേണ്ട അവസരങ്ങള് പലതും പാര വെപ്പും, രാഷ്ട്രീയവും കളിക്കാനാറിയാഞ്ഞിട്ടു നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയ വ്യക്തിയാണദ്ദേഹം. ഇത്തരം ഒരു പാട്ട് തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത മത്സരാര്ത്ഥിയും ചാനെലുകാരുമാണ് തെറ്റുകാര്........ പിന്നെ, പാട്ട് കേള്ക്കാന് സംഗീതം പഠിക്കണമെന്നില്ല. പക്ഷേ വിലയിരുത്താന് കുറച്ചെങ്കിലും അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കണം. അല്ലെങ്കില് വിലയിരുത്തലിന് നിലവാരമുണ്ടാവില്ല.

@hnunni ഇവിടെ വിലയിരുത്തപ്പെടുന്നത് സാധാരണക്കാരുടെ സംഗീതമാണ് അതിന് സംഗീതത്തെ അത്രയ്ക്ക് അറിയേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല .. ഈ പ്രോഗ്രാം തന്നെ സിനിമ ഗാനങ്ങള്ക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ളതാണ് അതില് ഏത് പാട്ട് തിരെഞ്ഞെടുക്കണം എന്നത് പാടുന്നവരുടെ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം ആയിരിക്കണം .. അതിന് ജട്ജിനു വിലയിരുത്താം ഇഷ്ടക്കേട് അറിയിക്കാം വേണമെങ്കില് മത്സരാര്ത്തിയെ പുറത്താക്കാം അല്ലാതെ ഷോയ്ക്ക് അകത്തു ഷോ കാണിക്കുകയല്ല വേണ്ടത് .. ഈ പറയുന്ന പാട്ട് ലോകം മുഴുവന് അംഗീകരിച്ചതാണ് .. റഹ്മാന് പോലും അത് ഇന്നത്തെ സംഗീതമായി അംഗീകരിച്ചു

To chalachithra999 - I don't understand is people are ready to sing pirated tunes and have no problem for that. People have problem for song like Kolaveri. Its amazing how people are on blind side. Hope all the once who have negs about this songs will raise your voices against music directors and movie directors who copy tunes and stories from others and make money.
