the simple way to hardflip

Very odd looking hardflip. Personally I would never place my back foot like that. Just put it in the middle of the tail, not in the pocket. Pop as hard as you can & flick your front foot horizontally off the side (not near the nose like for a kickflip, but not backwards either). It'll go almost straight up through your legs & have a perfect flip nearly every time. You'll stomp some good hardflips doing them this way, trust me.

They're alot easier to me doing them switch, my feet are strange lol. I even build enough confidence to try it off a ledge, but it creeps me when I catch them wrong sometimes.

No one ever explains the way you kick the board for a hardflip and when. They just compare the positioning for other tricks and say combine them. Never enough detail. If i had a video camera i would have the best explainations of tricks.

@MrsLolathon it depends on how you flip them.... if you flip it like this guy then not so much because your pretty much pushing it out infront of you or sometimes you just flip it right under you... but if you do hardflips the other way where you shove it first and then kick then you will have to jump back... most tricks that involve a frontside pop shuv you would have to jump back just like how you jump forward for a backside pop shuv... but not always for hardlfips
