  • Uhm. Your not supposed to just do it and let it burn. You're supposed to do stretches that will increase your flexibility so you can lead up to the point of practicing your splits.

  • 1:32 i held that position for about 10 minutes on each leg and it didnt hurt at all but when i tried to stand up and get out of that position the soreness burned like crazy lol u werent lying about the it really burns part

I'm thinking of starting to do these streashings 20-30 min every night, and I was just wondering how long will it take to be able to do a split? I know it's hard to say, but what are we talking about, weeks, months, years? :D I'm 13.
