if you all want to be good i suggest you take drumming lessons and listen to your intructors and watch as many videos as possible and spend at least an hour a day of drumming no matter what type of music you like you will and have to master all types of music if you want to be the best.

Neil Spends time on his solos using intricate time signatures, different sounds, and actually thinks out his solos. He doesn't just come up with them on the spot.
