I know many teachers who charge a great deal more than me, also being great player does not make you a great teacher. I have taught many signed artists/bands, and have more than 12 years experience.

I have guys drive for 4 hours to learn from me... Someone may even be flying over from the states for a lesson soon.

That equates to about $50 USD which is actually pretty reasonable for the United States. Most teachers charge about $25 for half of an hour(At least here in sourthern california)

In Arkansas you can get lessons for 60$ a month. Thats one hour a week of actual lesson time.

its arguable but thats about it , he's not the best guitarist in the world thats for sure and "best" is only defined by ones own interpretation of the music and personal preferences to sound and style. its impossible to say one guitarist is best ... maybe you can find one thats one of the best in that genre but even then for every one famous/ well known guitarist theirs 20 unknown guitarists that are just as good or better. i'd pay 30$ an hour, crappy teachers charge 40 an hour here so...
