No prob :) Another thing I noticed is that you kick your leg very high, which is a good thing. Then again you neglect your U-motion and leave your upper body curved downward. Practise U-motion with your b-kicks and I'll promise you'll get it higher :)

Try to gain some height before you start twistin and don't start landing too early :) You'll get tons of more air that way.

thanks man, i have really crap butterfly kicks, cos of the height factor, so i guess i have ot keep training my kicks!!!!
