I see the pain in your eyes. I watch it in my husband's everyday. I know this was posted a while ago and I sincerely hope you have found some relief. My husband has been thru the mill and its so frustrating when Dr.'s look at you like you are lying or treat you like some type of drug addict. He has full hip replacement needs another one and has back problems - now they are throwing this simulator at him and all these options are scary.
I am having a very hard time why you want another baby, you do not spend time with th babies you have already, because you have pain.... and you want another one? I think you need your head examinded. Like <i said your your worse enemy change your attitude and get over it cause I am
I really feel for you. I'm in a similar situation. 5 years of debilitating back pain. The Dr is pushing the stimulator & I'm resisting it. The Dr's don't understand the mental impact chronic pain has on us. They also want to label us as drug addicts and take away the medication. Sometimes I lose all hope. I feel your pain.
Hon did you ever get help? What about a Morphine pump? See a diff. doctor for SURE. That's insane. I'm so sorry.My trial was yesterday and HELLACIOUSLY painful also. Folks if you get this you are probably on a good deal of pain meds so be sure whoever is in charge of your pain control during the procedure knows you will possibly hunt them down later if they don't give you enough drugs to tolerate the procedure without it being MEDIEVAL EFIN TORTURE. There ARE other treatments out there! Even if it means getting nerve blocks, ketamine coma treatments or snipped nerves even. I'd get a 2nd opinion!
I will keep watching & wish the best for you! You WILL go camping again & be able to do everything & without the pain!
Somedays I wish they had not done the perm implant on me. Somedays I am glad they did. It was the most difficult operation for my doc because she could not get the wire leads through my scar tissue around my spine. She almost stopped the operation mid way through, but her mantra is "do what is best for patient". She is great & one of the best I've had. I wish she could help you too.
Honey, please do not give up. Please try another company - there is medtronic, ans, bionic stimulator, etc. The others may work for you better. I would also try another doctor as well.

My Insurance co. requires pschychological evaluation to have these installed. You obviously didn't pass that part.

I KNOW YOUR PAIN, MY BACK IS THE SAME , I HAVE PAIN 24-7 . BUT DO NOT GIVE UP, CALL ON THE LORD FOR HELP. I FEEL SO BAD FOR YOU.
