We are at the TOP of the food chain. We are also animals. We eat to survive. This is a completely irresponsible and ridiculous video. Should sharks stop eating fish? Should hawks stop eating rabbits?

If we want to survive, we have to switch to a plant based diet. You need 10 times more energy to produce the same amount of meat compared to directly eating plant based foods. And animal agriculture is the most important contributor to global warming according to the FAO. Everything is connected. Humankind cannot survive on a meat based diet. It is not sustainable.
