i like the part nga una nagwa nag mga girl aetas and then nagjoin sila sa mga warriors saot.. the best gid ya ang choreography.. ang ending sang performance pamatay! oh hot damn! nami man ang daw gachant mga girls together with the back up dancers nga daw gaglow ang costume.. cant help it! i salute this performance as ever gd ya! i should say this is the best performance since the birth of dinagyang!! hahaha,,nameeeehhhh!

Based on what I've seen - dinagyan or sinulog festival is far far far more better than what they have. In fact what we have is the best!! But we do lack appreciation. We forget to enjoy but instead we focus on winning. I guess this new year what we need is a new attitude!
Approximately 20 Out-of-town contingents from LUZON, VISAYAS, MINDANAO will be joining SINULOG 2009 according to mr. ricky balesteros head of SINULOG FOUNDATION. & in 2 weeks time sinulog elimination round called sinulog sa kabataan sa lalawigan (province) and sinulog sa kabataan sa dakbayan (city) will be staged cant wait! I think 23 man contigent applied already the necessary papers to the DFA and US Embassy. When tribu atub-atub & pintados de pasi won the aliwan 2004 & 2005 respectively, meron lang sila 75 dancers(including back-up dancers) and pintados meron lang 28 drummers/instrumentalists.
Same also with aliwan first-ever champion Halad of Cotabato na meron lang sila 60 dancers & 25 drummers.
iba na ngayon. stiff competition na. unlike dati, hindi pa masyadong competitive mga kalahok, pero subong kon e impose pa na gusto mo, sigurado lagapok kana.. daw boxing man ina, samtang gadugay dapat ang titulo mo dapat e defend gid.. no matter what it cost..

@CaritonNetwork1 dw isa kag isa nga tribe may concept mn nga gna tawag. basi ang ginanamin mo o ang gna basihan mo ang previous way of dancing sang tribes of dinagyang? ng lain na! maybe ang dinagyang tribes subong nag evolve na kag ng taas na ila standard cguro ang iban napag iwanan lng. tapus i disqualify ma na cla ko ang ila performance nd pnga dinagyang. and take note, dinagyang is very far form sinulog. sinulog is different from dinagyang. so please don not compare dinagyang from sinulog.

Dapat wala kita ga sinuyaay. I've been to other parts of the world (carribean) and had the chance to watch their festivities. Based on what I've seen - dinagyan or sinulog festival is far far far more better than what they have. In fact what we have is the best!! But we do lack appreciation. We forget to enjoy but instead we focus on winning. I guess this new year what we need is a new attitude!

Approximately 20 Out-of-town contingents from LUZON, VISAYAS, MINDANAO will be joining SINULOG 2009 according to mr. ricky balesteros head of SINULOG FOUNDATION. & in 2 weeks time sinulog elimination round called sinulog sa kabataan sa lalawigan (province) and sinulog sa kabataan sa dakbayan (city) will be staged cant wait! Sinulog's gonna be more bigger and grander this year and expected to have AT LEAST 50 contingents! Viva snr. sto nino! pit senor!

ang ibinigay ng 6 judges na score sa dinagyang ay it0...ang 4 na judges nagbigay sa dinagyang ng 3(1st) 1(2nd) at bakit yong dalawang judges ay nag bigay ng 4th at 5th...sobra naman ata ang gnawa nila para mapa bagsak yung dinagyang

anong 3 years na champion. I am delegation of Aliwan. 3 years iloilo panalo sa aliwan festival.Wala pang panalo sinulog. last 2006 it was iloilo for the 1st 2nd and third slot. Panalo Pintados de Passi ( Ist) Dinagayang festival (2nd) Tribo Bola bola (3rd). The committee decided that maximum of two festival per province nalng ang entry coz infair sa ibang province. Though Im from Cebu but ang totoo lang i post nyo.

Yes! you are going to Madison suare, New York city for the Filipino-American community Freedom parade on June 1, 2008. Anybody knows about this? I think 23 man contigent applied already the necessary papers to the DFA and US Embassy. The budget for the travel comes from our fellow Filipino-American community kag aton pinalangga nga mga ILONGGO sa America. Halad, Atub-atub & Pintados de pasi won the 2003,2004 & 2005 Aliwan with only 60 dancers respectively.

I don't know kung ano rules sang Aliwan about the MAX number of dancers and drummers... hay lapit na Aliwan... When tribu atub-atub & pintados de pasi won the aliwan 2004 & 2005 respectively, meron lang sila 75 dancers(including back-up dancers) and pintados meron lang 28 drummers/instrumentalists.
Same also with aliwan first-ever champion Halad of Cotabato na meron lang sila 60 dancers & 25 drummers.
