I doubt this is really a new Rider. He looks like a mix of many original riders, the music at the beginning is Kabuto's theme and Toei would never name one of theirs "Kamen Rider OK" ^^°

But it's a good example of what is possible with the Kamen Rider mods. I hope we get to see some more fanmade Riders. ^^
