well im going to try and make this recipe in the morning, it seems really strange to use cup measurements as it all seems so inacurate, as in the uk we weigh the ingredients but hey we shall see. trawling through the internet for sponge cake recipes using corn flour it seems really popular in austrailia,as iv not met any recipes in the uk. i shall let you know how it goes.

Very nice. Wonderful watching mother and daughter working and sharing together. I have only boys all grown up but they still remember when they were kids wearing big aprons and chef hats and helping me make the entire christmas baking. Those are memories that children never forget.
