Mr. White is wrong; it's NOT just about marketing the pets (a favourite deflection away from the real problems). If you go to a retail store and receive poor service, not only are you not going to shop there, but you're probably going to tell all your friends & everyone you know on Facebook! Good service, animal welfare, all available animals listed for adoption... are ALL part of the solution! Hope he reads the book you gave him.
