1 gallon of white vinagar and 1 gallon of salt will kill weeds and nothing else and apple cyder vinerger will prevent ticks just put it in ur dogs water

8oz of 3% hydrogen peroxide , 8oz of white sugar per gallon of water is a great insecticide .

you can use food grade diatomaceous earth & kill pests as well.. just have to make sure it's food grade, otherwise it can (and will) kill you... outside of that, the hot peppers, garlic & soap is awesome. :) i use dr bronner's castile soap to brush my teeth with, too. it tastes horrible, but your teeth get very clean!

I use habenaro and soap together. It also helps with critters of the four legged type.

great vid. hickory wood ash mixed with water and vegetable oil works good for catawaba worms too.

Excellent information! One thing I would highly recommend is something my husband got for me last year, it has greatly improved my enjoyment of gardening, and I think you would just LOVE it! It's called a: Step 2 Garden Hopper

This thing is just fabulous! You can sit on it and roll yourself around, it has a place for your drink...and a place under the seat for your hand tools and garden doo-dads.

It's about 25 bucks, but WELL worth it. You will wonder how you ever lived without it!
