First, I don't agree with your opinion but even if given a SLIGHT chance at validity, I'd ask ANYONE who is familiar with this genre of music whether or not Old Time String music was played by so called "professionals" or if it was played by families and friends on the porches up in the hills on a spring night when the plantin's been done and the winter stores are bein' used to host a community party. Oh, and by the way... SOMEONE(S) thought(s) were that these ladies would sell some records.
