  • Is Alan Pegler alive or dead.

  • Fascinating. One of my abiding memories is that Platform 9 had a coal brazier to warm a water pipe at the south end of Platform 9 and I remember huddling round it in the frozen winter of 1978.

  • I remember Gresley and Clun Castle being parked up in Three/ Four shed in the sixties. I was an electrical apprentice at York MPD. I remember, Alf Walker. Derick Walker, Chris Selby, John Oxbery, Ray Cook, Alan Mc Pherson, Bob Judson, Shedmaster was Geoff Bird, Roland Scott .. went on to be steward of INL Club, Chris Selby, Lol Hodge operated a lathe, Will add more if i remember
